Quality and environment policy
All our production processes are strictly controlled and monitored in accordance with EU requirements and standards. Quality standards are ensured using the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001, environment management system DIN EN ISO 14001, CE mark, Process Quality (P-mark), constant implementation of LEAN production practices, and coordination between of all these systems.
Production
WINDEX has one of most modern production lines in Baltic countries:
- Production area 2200 m²;
- 2 independent PVC production lines and 1 independent ALU production line;
- Separate production line for non-standard products;
- 4 and 6 heads ROTOX machineries (welding, CNC corner cleaning);
- CNC Emmegi Phantomatic M3 machine;
- Capacity up to 75’000 PVC frame / up to 30 000 m2 of ALU per year
